A Day of Exploration and Celebration for Newark’s 350th

In honor of Newark’s 350th, several Newark Girl Scouts created a Newark Badge that takes Girl Scout troops around the city to learn about its culture, history, and people. The Girl Scouts Take Newark will be a one-day event in which Girl Scouts from around the region will spend the day exploring the city, reflecting on their experiences, and then presenting what they learned to honored guests, parents, and community members at a celebration that evening.”Guests/VIPs/other parents and community members are invited to join us for dinner and gallery walk from 4:45 pm to 7 pm. Reception is $15 per person.

Register now or contact Corinne Farkas at (973) 842-221 for info.
